FCSI Asia Pacific Division plans to hold its annual conference at Hotelex Shanghai 2011 with the theme: “The 21st Century Kitchen”, unveiling the “genetic code” of the “Sustainable Kitchen” in the 21st century displaying the latest concept and technology and how one should plan and design for future kitchen. In addition, we will be conducting public seminars, providing resource counter and best of all, 30 minutes free consultation session with a professional foodservice consultant, advance booking required.
FCSI Asia Pacific will be holding members’ annual general meeting and education conference on Tuesday March 29th, and we will be hosting general public seminars for the rest of week. We are offering a comprehensive 2 day public seminar program (March 30- 31), presented by world renown experts and consultants on future trends and green technologies. FCSI APD will also be holding a special half day “Cook Chill Workshop” on Friday 1 April 2011 for local foodservice industry who are interested in the application of such technology in Asian cuisine for large quantity central food production systems. Part 1: Cook Chill Applications in Hospitality Industry. Part II: Cook Chill Applications in Hospitals. Through understanding of overseas experience, users can gain insight into equipment and renovation needs for cook chill implementation. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
We are proud to announce that this is a carbon neutral event as we will be planting trees in Inner Mongolia in April 2011 to off set all carbon emissions generated from this event!
