China Clean Expo Keeps Making Headways
China Clean Expo (CCE) 2011, as the biggest exhibition of its kind in Asia, closed on 1 April 2011. More than 200 exhibitors and 8,000 visitors from around the world participated in the exhibition, which generates a trade volume of RMB 200 million. After a ten-year development, CCE has become one of the top exhibitions in the world in terms of its scale, quality and professionalism.
Covering an exhibition area of 15,000 square meters, CCE 2011 recorded a 15% increase of visitor number over last year, including 500 overseas visitors from 48 countries and regions, cementing CCE’s role as an international exhibition.
CCE 2011 features latest product and cutting-edge technology from China and abroad. Over 200 renowned companies from 30 countries brings products, technologies and solutions for industrial, commercial, service, education and medical sectors. The product categories include cleaning machine, tool, chemical, hygiene, disinfectant, water, laundry, etc. Such innovative technologies as EcoFlex and ecH2O brought by leading companies will contribute to build a safer and cleaner environment in household, workplace and public places.
As the highlight of CCE 2011 and the most influential competition in the industry, CCE Awards was another success. Five trophies were conferred to winners from different categories. The judging panel includes experts of cleaning industry from China, UK, Italy, Germany, etc. High-end forums and seminars were also held at CCE 2011 on topics like indoor air quality, food safety, etc.
It is also at CCE 2011 that members of China Clean Alliance made their debut. Founded by local associations and leading companies, the Alliance aims at increasing public awareness of cleaning by sponsoring public cleaning.
The next edition of CCE will be staged on 9-12 April 2012 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The exhibition area will be doubled and is expected to attract over 10000 professional visitors.
