11:25 AM, 19th May 2008, SFS got a phone call from Shanghai City Appearance Environmental & Sanitary Administration Bureau saying that they need 10 units E&S vehicles donating Deyang City, including Refuse Truck, Fecal Suctions Truck etc. All the 3T Refuse Trucks were purchased from SFS, which have to be delivered at the same night to Deyang City.

Leaders of SFS made the prompt arrangements once learnt the urgent requirement. 5 units of 3T refuse truck were shipped out from factory at 16:56 based on the cooperation of different departments. At 17:30, the trucks arrived at Shanghai Beijiao Railway Station where the vehicles would be shipped out.
It was covered live at 20:20 by Shanghai Comprehensive News channel last night, who interviewed Mr. Huang Xinghua, the Deputy Director General of Shanghai City Appearance E&S Bureau. It was rebroadcasted around 23:00.

At 4:00 AM next day, the donated vehicles were shipped to Sichuan by train, and our Customer Support Staff Ye Hengfeng was appointed as the representative of Shanghai City Appearance E&S Bureau. 60 hours later, the train arrived in Deyang City, where Ye Hengfeng delivered a detailed training to the local operators, and returned to Shanghai.

Till the morning of 20th May 2008, Federal Signal has donated RMB 49,942Yuan totally, RMB 17,344 Yuan was donated by SFS staff, and RMB 15,254Yuan was contributed by Elgin of Federal Signal Corporation.
