Mark Your Diaries for Prime Source Forum 2009
|
The next Prime Source Forum (PSF) will run 31 March - 2 April, 2009. This will mark the fourth occasion for the Forum and it promises to be even more popular than ever. Many attendees of PSF 2008 have expressed already an interest in being present for the 2009 event.
Over 400 senior executives from 20 countries, representing all sectors of the global supply chain, participated in PSF 2008 and its Workshops. The Forum provides the perfect environment for the industry to discuss major issues facing them and is regarded as one of the most significant assemblies where competitors, suppliers and customers meet, allowing a free exchange of ideas on issues of mutual interest.
Special keynote speaker, Dr William Fung, Group Managing Director of Li & Fung set the scene with a keynote speech that offered an overview of the industry today and in the future. Deputy Secretary General of the World Trade Organisation, Rufus Yerxa, opened the second day with a guardedly optimistic view of the discussions underway at that very moment in Geneva on the Doha Round.
If you are interested in the topics that were discussed at PSF 2009, please submit your full contact details and we will forward to you a copy of the Forum summary. You may wish to share this summary with colleagues or industry practitioners with whom you are in contact. Just provide us their contact details and we will be pleased to also forward a copy to them.
PSF will be held in Hong Kong, 31 March - 2 April, 2009 and, as previously, will run concurrently with APLF - Materials, Manufacturing and Technology (MM&T) and Fashion Access exhibitions.
